Just wanted to say thank you. We've been incredibly swamped since the flood, still trying to catch up on sleep and work.
In the meantime, I don't think we'll make a claim, but we were very impressed and pleased with your service when we needed you! I hear horror stories about insurance companies, and it was very reassuring to work with you.
I felt we were important, even though the damage may have been small, we felt we were still a priority, that what we were going through was heard by someone, that you would do anything you could to support us!
