Morison Insurance is currently seeking a Digital Sales Coordinator to join our team of insurance professionals in our Commercial Lines department.

Job Type?

Full-time, Permanent Salary Position (Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm - 35 Hours per week).

What Will You Do?

Morison Insurance is looking for a team player willing to support our Commercial Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying a high volume of online commercial insurance leads by completing the following tasks:

  • Responding to digitally generated insurance leads in a timely manner
  • Using an award-winning lead management system to manage incoming leads
  • Pre-qualifying potential clients for the Commercial Sales Team
  • Complying with insurance standards and work with our in-house underwriting guidelines
  • Following new sales procedures
  • Documenting conversation and correspondence with customers and insurance companies
  • Providing outstanding customer service


Successful candidates will have the choice to work from one of the following Morison Insurance offices:

  • Oakville
  • Hamilton
  • Hagersville
  • Simcoe
  • St Catharines
  • Tillsonburg
  • Waterford
