Due to the number of qualified incoming leads the Sales Team is expanding,
as are the opportunities. We are seeking motivated, versatile, and digitally savvy Brokers who
look forward to working with a state of the art lead management platform, with some of the
industry’s best brokers. We are family owned and operated; all of our staff are an extension of
that family. Together we work tirelessly to deliver some of the best insurance services in Ontario.

  • Consistently provide an outstanding level of customer service
  • Respond to all insurance leads within 5 minutes during business hours
  • Update our lead management system that manages incoming leads
  • Provide potential clients with exceptional service, professional advice and accurate quotes with the market that best suits their needs
  • Correct use of automated email functionality to improve conversion rates
  • Consistent use of scripting from training sessions for all sales calls
  • Follow all new sales procedures (current & upcoming)
  • Contact cancelled clients as required
  • Respond to requests by Insurance Companies for information on new business policies
  • Comply with RIBO regulatory requirements
  • Documentation of conversations and correspondence with customers and insurance companies
  • Assist with CSR rewrites when required
  • Sell a minimum of 25 new sales per month. In many instances, these leads are generated for you

Skill Requirements

  • Occupational Specific: RIBO Licensed
  • Personal & Professional: positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, effective listening, problem solving, accuracy focused, organizational skills
  • Personal Lines: CAIB and/or CIP preferred
  • Technical Skills: EPIC, Word, Excel, Compuquote, insurance company portals. Digitally confident with an ability to quickly learn technology.
  • Commercial Lines: Commercial Insurance experience is an asset, but not required

Education & Training Requirements

  • Eight hours annual RIBO credits
  • Licensing Requirements – RIBO
