Kelly has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, with the last 9 being at Morison Insurance. Kelly graduated from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ont. with a diploma in Office Administration in 2002. Before joining the insurance industry, Kelly worked as an assistant at an Optometrist's Office. However, not long after, Kelly began her career in insurance. She started in 2005 and grew her expertise by working at several companies before bringing that knowledge to Morison Insurance in February 2014 as a TSR/Underwriter. With a vast array of insurance knowledge, Kelly quickly changed positions to a Customer Service Representative (CSR), which allowed her to learn more about what the clients of Morison need and the best ways to help them. After growing her skills, Kelly was promoted to the lead of the CSR team. With her skills growing and wanting to expand her insurance knowledge, Kelly moved to the Sales team and was promoted to Sales Manager within no time.
In 2023, with her Registered Insurance Broker Organization (RIBO) certification in hand, Kelly was promoted to Director of the Personal Lines team. This role allows her to oversee any new business generated in the personal lines sector. She works closely together with our insurance team. She continuously strives to provide our new customers with the best service so we continue to set new and exciting milestones.
When not helping grow Morison Insurance, Kelly enjoys relaxing on the weekends to make herself a better member of the Morison Family and overall person.
