One of our best decisions in recent years was moving to Morison Ins.. We were fortunate to be matched up with Angie Cancian, Broker/Account Manager who worked through the Xmas season and around our vacation schedule to find suitable auto and home coverage to replace an existing policy. Two years later at renewal, Angie identified a material change in the home policy and after discussion with us, managed to source coverage similar to what we had, but at lower cost. At that point the Morison firm had pretty much exceeded our expectations, so this year, to show our gratitude, we went out and had a car accident. Our first call was to Angie. Once she determined everybody was OK, albeit a bit dazed and in need of assistance, she volunteered to notify the insurance company on our behalf and then introduced a claims specialist within the firm who offered to provide support, if required as we made our way through the damage assessment and beyond. Danielle La Course was the perfect choice...... eager to get involved and clearly up to the task. She had previously worked as an adjuster so had contacts in the industry and knew how things worked (or maybe didn´t work). Our arrangement was to call her if the process bogged down, and it did at times, so on those occasions Danielle stepped in and got things back on track . The support we received was amazing and very much appreciated, although really no different than the competent, customer focussed service we have enjoyed from Morison and employees since day one. They have clearly earned our endorsement.
