So I’ve had my home and auto insurance with Travelers/Inova for the past eight years now. Unfortunately back in February I hit my garage door with the back end of my car. I made a claim for both home and auto and had to pay the higher deductible to get both my car and garage door repaired. What I wasn’t expecting was for my car insurance premium to double in cost. I expected an increase, sure, but not double. This was not once mentioned to me by either claim adjuster (home or auto as I had two separate adjusters for home and auto). So I decided to look elsewhere and found Morrison Insurance on Google and boy, am I glad I did! They were able to find me a cheaper quote for my car insurance and since I knew that if you bundled home and auto insurance together from the same insurance company, you in all likelihood would get a further discount. So a nice woman from Morrison Insurance named Kyla Evans helped me find a better price on both home and auto insurance policies with a total savings of $1094.00 from my previously combined insurancepolicies. Kyla was very thorough and professional during the entire process and I highly recommend her and Morrison Insurance if you need to find a better price on home or auto insurance or both.Don’t be complacent and assume your current provider is offering you the best deal. I came to Morison Insurance through a referral in 2020, insuring my first car through Joti Rait. Joti provided excellent service and helped me get a rate for car insurance that was lower than what I was getting quoted online. Over time, we transferred over my tenant's insurance and added a second car, both of which resulted in multi-product discounts. Joti was always very responsive and helpful, fielding any questions I had promptly.A couple of years ago Joti moved into a management position at Morison, and I transferred to her colleague Jessica Stoyan. Jessica has also been amazing, which leads me to believe the high standard of care I received from Joti and Jessica is reflective of the broader organization. Jessica helped me get a great deal on home insurance when my partner and I bought our first house.When I upgraded my car this year, the insurance company I was using raised my premium by over 50%. This caused some sticker shock, and so I asked Jessica if there was anything we could do to bring my bill down. I've been a customer of Morison Insurance for over two decades. Throughout this time, I've never had to make a claim, except for an incident involving my auto about a year ago. You won't find anyone more professional in this business than Lori (I speak from half a century of driving experience). One of our best decisions in recent years was moving to Morison Ins.. We were fortunate to be matched up with Angie Cancian, Broker/Account Manager who worked through the Xmas season and around our vacation schedule to find suitable auto and home coverage to replace an existing policy. Two years later at renewal, Angie identified a material change in the home policy and after discussion with us, managed to source coverage similar to what we had, but at lower cost. At that point the Morison firm had pretty much exceeded our expectations, so this year, to show our gratitude, we went out and had a car accident. Our first call was to Angie. Once she determined everybody was OK, albeit a bit dazed and in need of assistance, she volunteered to notify the insurance company on our behalf and then introduced a claims specialist within the firm who offered to provide support, if required as we made our way through the damage assessment and beyond. Danielle La Course was the perfect choice...... eager to get involved and clearly up to the task. She had previously worked as an adjuster so had contacts in the industry and knew how things worked (or maybe didn´t work). Our arrangement was to call her if the process bogged down, and it did at times, so on those occasions Danielle stepped in and got things back on track . The support we received was amazing and very much appreciated, although really no different than the competent, customer focussed service we have enjoyed from Morison and employees since day one. They have clearly earned our endorsement.
